Connection fee is charged against the card balance when a connection is established. Virtually all of the calling cards offered on Russia Call do not have a connection fee. The only exception is the Lucky Minutes phone card. A connection fee is charged only once per call. In case of the Lucky Minutes it is 18 cents if a call lasts more than a minute.  Other phone cards have no connection fees whatsoever.
